Zimmerman, MN (February 7, 2017) – Corin Todd raced to a top 10 finish on Saturday in Salamanca, New York, crossing the line in ninth place in the Pro Open main event.
Race fans in western New York are among the most rabid on the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour and for Todd, Salamanca represents a special stop as it as close as the national series gets to his home town of Otego, New York.
Todd opened the weekend with an 11th place finish in the Pro Open final on Friday, but greatly improved his qualifying results on Saturday, finishing third in both heat races.
Trevor Leighton remained on the sidelines while he continues to heal and rehab from the injuries sustained earlier this season in Colorado. With the next two weekends off, the team is looking forward to regrouping and coming back at full force when the series resumes in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on February 24-25.
